WHOLE ANIMAL DINNERS

You choose the animal and our chef Nathan Middleton creates a 6 Course (5 savoury, 1 dessert) tasting menu using a different part of the animal for each course. The cost for the tasting menu is $200 per person with an option to add wine pairings $100 per person or beer pairings $50 per person. We now also offer a 9 Course Chef's Tasting Menu for $300 per person.
We require 1 full weeks notice to book your experience. Whole animal/tasting menu reservations are released on the last Monday of each month for the following month.
The option to choose your date and time is in the checkout process. If the date you were hoping to book is not available, please send us an email and we’ll be more than happy to try and accommodate you!
Just as with attending a sporting event, concert or the theater, all sales are final. We may be able to reschedule your booking to another date with at least 72 hours’ advance notice. After that time we are unable to accommodate changes.

4) Elk Striploin (marinated in Onion Koji), French Onion Soup Jus, Chicharron with Grated Gruyere, Parsley Powder
